What we process and why
Enquiries (form, email, WhatsApp, phone): your name, contact details, the piece you ask about and your message. We use this to answer you, quote and arrange delivery. Legal basis: performance of a (pre-)contract.
Orders and invoices: name, address, bank details for the payment. We keep invoices seven years (Dutch tax law).
Website use: anonymous statistics (see cookies). Legal basis: consent.
Who receives your data
Our website runs on Squarespace (USA, EU standard contractual clauses). Carriers receive your name, address and phone number to deliver. WhatsApp messages go through Meta. We do not sell your data.
How long
Enquiries: up to 2 years after the last contact. Invoices: 7 years. Statistics: 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to processing: info@howaboutout.com. You can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
